Join me on a magical journey of dance and meditative journeying. Whatever your level of fitness, awaken and deeply connect with your body and mind in powerful, insightful and joyful new ways. Rooted in the rhythm and melody of rich, diverse
musical influences such as dub reggae, flamenco, salsa, house and trance, we
interrupt the habitual ways of moving to discover new pathways and connections. Learning to listen, follow and honour nature’s wisdom expressed through your body, we will embark on a mixed media journey of dance, with elements of yoga, sound, meditation and play. In the process you will free up energy, release tension, recalibrate, celebrate and rediscover inner flow, confidence and trust. Dancing on your own and with others with intention, creating an ocean of sacred moving space, Dance Radiance will encourage you to step out of the ordinary to liberate the extraordinary!*! My intention is to offer you an exquisite opportunity to receive and radiate the full Spectrum of vibrant colour and energy in life.

In 2017 we returned to live in Bristol, and 6 years later, post the confusion, drama and lockdowns of the pandemic, I feel a powerful calling to return to teach a regular class and build a beautiful community of passionate beings who want to powerfully express their aliveness and live their potential...
